Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes to your registration must be submitted in writing to the ASGBI Registration Team at events@asgbi.org.uk.
If you are unable to attend the event, your cancellation will be processed in accordance with the following terms:
Cancellations received on or before Friday 30 October 2026 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations received after Friday 30 October 2026 are non-refundable.
Substitutions may be accepted at the discretion of ASGBI. Please contact the Registration Team if you wish to transfer your place to another delegate.
ASGBI reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, venue or event format where necessary. In the event of circumstances beyond ASGBI's reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, industrial action, public health emergencies or venue issues, ASGBI may postpone, reschedule or change the format of the event. Where this occurs, delegate registrations will be transferred to the revised event or date.
